Service is to provide an independent and expert assessment of
assets our clients wish to offer for sale. Either at auction,
by private treaty or through other channels.
Which Auction?...
Having formed an appraisal. Sometimes following a personal
visit by our assessor, a verbal description or a photographic
study. We then endeavour, on our clients behalf, to establish
which auction house will generate the best return on these
assets.
The Introduction...
Advice is then offered to help you make an informed decision as
to which auction houses would best suit your needs. We are then
able to introduce you directly to the relevant specialist at
your chosen auction rooms, in order that definitive valuations
and reserve prices can be established.
Continuing Service...
Following the assessment and introduction, we can continue to
represent clients, acting as a liaison between all
parties.
